Tissue timelines are guides, not gates. Strength, load tolerance, and movement quality decide when you progress.

Day 1 post-op and peak performance live on the same spectrum. Treatment ends when you’re where you want to be.

If the knee hurts, the hip, ankle, or motor pattern is probably the real culprit. We find it.

No double-booking, no aides, no rotating clinicians. Every session is one PT, one patient, undivided.

Cash-based, no insurance hassle.

We’re fully out-of-network. No insurance contracts, no visit caps, no prior auths. For BCBS, Cigna, Emblem Health (GHI), and UHC, we’ll submit your OON claim for you. For all other plans, we provide a superbill so you can pursue reimbursement directly.

PELVIC FLOOR & PERINATAL

Specialized care, on a limited basis.

Nina sees pelvic floor and perinatal patients by referral, on a limited basis. Trained through Herman & Wallace coursework. Currently best suited for athletes and active adults in the postpartum return-to-sport phase.
